Are the earrings not what you expected? I gladly accept returns if the item is in brand new condition. First, notify me through email within 7 days of receiving your order. If you experience any issues with breakage, please contact me to discuss options. It is the responsibility of the customer that the returned products reach the return address. I will gladly do everything to work with my customers, but keep in mind this is a one-woman owned business.
