Terms and conditions
General terms and conditions of Kim Vane design, established in Enschede. Version valid from January 24, 2021.
By placing an order in the Kim Vane design web shop, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions below.
Purchase agreement between customer and Kim Vane design.
If the customer places an order in the webshop, she will receive an order confirmation after processing.
- Kim Vane design sends the product after payment to the (specified) address of the customer. In case the customer has indicated that he wants to collect the product, Kim will contact the customer to arrange a moment. The delivery time differs per product and is between 1 and 3 working days.
- The shipping costs in the Netherlands are 2.95 for a standard shipment. Shipping is free for orders above 40 euros. Shipping with track and trace code costs 4.95, within the Netherlands.
- Standard shipping to all other countries is 4.95 (euro).
- Tracked shipping to all other countries is 12.95 (euro).
- Customers outside the EU can expect additional customs costs on top of that. This is the responsibility of the customer.
- If the customer receives incorrect items with an order or receives an incorrect order, she must notify Kim Vane design within 24 hours. Prices are subject to Kim Vane design and can be changed without giving reasons.
Prices, payment and delivery:
- The prices in the webshop are exclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs.
- Damage to the products during transport is the responsibility of Kim Vane design. Please contact Kim Vane design within 24 hours of delivery.
- Products that are ordered in the webshop must first be paid, then Kim Vane design will deliver the products.
- The delivery times as stated in the webshop start as soon as Kim Vane design has received confirmation of payment by the customer. The maximum delivery time is 5 working days.
- If for certain reasons there will be a longer delivery time (for example due to a delayed delivery from suppliers to Kim Vane design, Kim Vane design will contact the customer about this and the customer can choose to receive the money back or agree to with a longer delivery time.
- If the customer's order does not arrive within the stated delivery time without Kim Vane design having contacted the customer about this, the customer must inform Kim Vane design of this within 2 working days (after the normal delivery time). In this case, there is something wrong with the delivery from the delivery company. Kim Vane design will ensure that the order is resent as soon as possible or, in the event that it concerns a unique one of a kind design, come to another suitable solution.
Returns
- If the products are not as expected, the customer must inform Kim Vane design within 14 days and return the products within 14 days. It is the responsibility of the customer that the returned products actually reach the return address.
- Kim Vane design will transfer the amount due (excluding shipping costs) to the customer within 2 working days if the products have arrived in good order and unworn.
- Products must be returned undamaged.
- Earrings must be unworn for hygienic reasons.
- The shipping costs of the return are at the expense of the customer
Guarantee
- Upon delivery, the customer must report damage or incorrectly delivered products to Kim Vane design within 24 hours.
Liability
- Kim Vane design cannot be held liable for damage due to incorrect use of the items ordered in the webshop.
- Kim Vane design cannot be held liable for damage (in the broad sense of the word) or physical injury due to incorrect use of the products supplied by Kim Vane design.
